Salesperson Robo-signed and initialed my contract without showing me contents. Item damaged on delivery. VERY POOR response time to rectify issues. On 6/20/22, I chose Riverdale sofa and Riverdale recliner while at Mesquite, TX location. Salesperson began paperwork and asked me to initial and sign on iPad and noted when I asked the reason, "that it was confirmation of salesperson advising me and my acceptance of receiving information and a copy of the Contract via email."
