I was very impressed with all that transpired with my purchase of a new refrigerator from Conns Home Plus. My Kenmore refrigerator lasted only three years before the LG compressor that came with this unit stopped working. I spent over two weeks trying to get a replacement and couldn't find one. They were all on back order!. I went to Conns Home Plus and two days later I had a new refrigerator and everything went so smoothly. Thought this was great as I needed a new bed and gave me credit. That was delivered on time everything was fine first payment was good second payment I made with a credit card they said it failed and put my account in collections I have proof the credit card payment posted to my account yet they didn't update their system I'm still receiving collection notices even though my account has been paid on time every payment. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH.. ( deliveries before my order was correct, no customer service.. The worst purchase expert of my life! They have keep my $500.00 I paid to bring down my payments, not paid as a deposit! They delivered the wrong model of carpet, density as well as color! The customer service at Conn's is abysmal. I paid for some appliances and fell behind on my payments so I had to speak to the department that deals with payments and calling them to pay off my bill is never easy. Every time I call they fuss at me, berate me, give me a hard time, and make it difficult for me to pay on my bill. The individuals in this department have no customer service, are nasty to me every time I call in to pay my bill, are pushy, and rude for no reason. You called and said that you were going to warranty out the loveseat because it wasn't repairable. The person on the phone said that you still carry it and just go to my local Conn's and they would get it ordered. So I go to the Conn's where I originally purchased the couch.
