I love the service at the store and the selection of appliances available. The delivery was on time and the very next day. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not a5 star is because the delivery guys left a huge amount of dryer hose attached to the dryer and it was a short straight shot to the vent.

Conns HomePlus has a friendly atmosphere, there is someone there to greet you at the door and assist. The store is well organize and clean. Rob and the manager helped me finalized paperwork. Great salesman! I love the team work

This was an excellent shopping experience. The sales person was Knowledgeable, thorough, resourceful, prompt, and polite. All the traits that are so rare in a good sales person. He expedited the entire transaction and was very professional while very personable. The home delivery was also a good experience. They were careful, friendly, pleasant, and took time to make sure everything was right before they left.
