I applied online very quick and easy went to the store which was very nice was greeted almost immediately upon entrance talked to Charlie who was very helpful I was looking for a mattress and a window ac unit he showed me what they had and helped with the best selection for my needs 😀 very pleasant experience thank you 😊

I had a great experience at Conn's, Corpus Christi. Friendly, informative, and a great environment to shop at.
Love, love, love my loveseat. It's so soft and comfortable. I have a bad back but it feels good against love seat. Also my feet swell. So it's great to keep my feet elevated. It's so comfortable that you never want to get out of reclining loveseat.

I purchased a refrigerator from conns at the end of June. I made 1 payment and the refrigerator went out. I called the store I purchased it at they gave me a telephone number to call. I called and told them my problem. I missed the first repair man that came out. A guy came today and the person I had there said he did nothing. I'm so frustrated that i can't get any help. Conn's customer service is amazing! I have purchased a washer/dryer, refrigerator, and a recliner in the last 2 months. The sales associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery is within 24 hrs. and they arrive on time and set up everything once they deliver it to your home. I couldn't be more pleased. The items I purchased are quality appliances/furniture for a very good price.
My experience with Conns was excellent from the sales man Brian when I made the purchase, with the follow ups in the time waiting for delivery. And also the delivery was excellent. They were very professional and helpful
