Dealt with this company once. Not competitive prices or incentives like Best Buy and other stored has that you get cash back, points and such for their reward program. Conn's don't have a reward program. Bought one appliance from them that Best Buy sells at same price. Found this after buying it. Won't be buying nothing else from Conn's since there is no benefit. They are also clueless about their financing. After getting approved and doing the purchased got a phone call a day or two after to tell me to come by the store... read more

Oh how I wish I had come to Facebook to read the reviews on this company before purchasing from them! We purchased a washer and dryer set in January 2022. The washer quit in August. I purchased the extended warranty, plus at this point they are still under the manufacturer’s warranty. Called to schedule service, the earliest service date that they had was almost 3 weeks out….fine, just get it scheduled. Do not buy furniture from this company because Conn's over charged you for the furniture if you make all your payment on time and never missed a payment Conn's will still try to get a extra payment from you. Whomever the manager there she is very rude. Conn's will not provide with a corporate number. I have never missed a payment or been late on a payment. I made my last payment September 2, 2022 and Conn's manager continue to said that I did not fulfilled my contract my last payment was suppose to be 548.32.

Purchased 4 tv and sounds bar from conn’s. 4 tv was in the box, sounds bar was displayed. During the process, there was no disclosed letting me know that all items I purchased was non-returnable. I contacted the store, the store instructed me to get with corporate. I got with corporate, they said there are traceability in documentation that I signed stating that I agreed.
