Just purchased a washer and dryer from Conn's. They had a wide selection to choose from. The pair we picked were on sale at a great price! Betty, our salesperson was awesome! She was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable! We made the deal on Saturday and they were delivered on Sunday an hour early! The delivery men were fast and professional. They had the machines tested and running in no time. I definitely recommend Conn's!

Conn's is the shadiest company I've ever dealt with, they delete your logs of payments online and have a "back office" that has no contact information. Shady practices all around on customer service. I needed my account information which should be available readily and they have to submit requests that will be fulfilled days later, but again they delete all payment information after a month. And do not report current balances to credit bureau's, how is my balance $2016.00 when my total balance is $1253.00

Website says we can pick up item next day on Tuesday from the warehouse #144 @ 2470 Airport Blvd, Bldg 3, Suite D Aurora , CO 80011 (Conn's Website hours say Mon-Sun: 11am-6:00pm). Google maps says they are closed Tuesdays and multiple reviews say they drove up over an hour away and the warehouse was closed Tuesday. Also the website offers free shipping while in the cart. When you click the option for free shipping, it adds $99 for a delivery fee. I would add screenshots if BBB let me. Sounds like they are definitely trying ... read more

They are a good place to buy from. But thrie customers service is bad . They will not help you fix your problems with them
