Very satisfied with purchasing a couch. Very comfortable, appears solid and well made. Saleswoman was very knowledgeable, showed me 3 selections that best matched what I requested. I purchased number 3. Was out of store within 15 minutes and couch delivered next day by a great team who set it up and was done fast and efficient. No nicks on doors or walls etc . Very polite and professional. Went flawless . A perfect buying furniture experience. Thank you

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if that was allowed. Most horrible place I have ever dealt with. Went in Labor Day weekend for a supposed sale, purchased a Refrigerator and a living room set that was supposed to be delivered September 30th. Due to the hurricane we asked if they could postpone the delivery until the next Friday which they accommodated. I purchased from this store Conns Omar double checked with management about price because I still was unsure and when management said yes the upgrade frame was free and my total purchase would be 15xx.00 I was then ready to purchase. I even called the store before going. The frame wasn’t free the protector sheet for the bed wasn’t free and the insurance was double the 200. My experience with Conn furniture store in Yuma was way more Awesome than I expected it to be. It was a very pleasant experience getting a new fridge from them No high pressure salesperson. No trying to upscale. My salesperson (Maritza) was ready to answer any questions I had. Prices were well posted on all items. Paper Wark was a quick & easy breeze. They were even able to have it delivered next day. I liked the price and the service. Nice selection of products as wel.

I had a settlement with Conns home plus after going through some financial difficulty. I finished paying off the settlement but I still continue to get letters and phone calls saying they will offer me the exact same settlement. I’ve spoken to several supervisors and claims department representatives that have all told me they were going to make a note of the phone conversations and complaints that Conns is still negatively impacting my credit score. This situation is still unresolved and incredibly frustrating.

Our salesperson was awesome very accommodating. Got us the price i wanted aswell as next day delivery. Our house recently burned down so we will be buying a ton of thinks in the near future and pretty sure they will all be through Darci at Conns
