When the guys came out they was on time and showed me how to wk everything they told me when they was in the area it went good

Very easy to deal with. Bobby was my salesman and I felt completely comfortable as a customer. They had what I wanted and delivered it the next day. The delivery men were absolutely perfect. Very careful and polite. 100% from start to finish. Thank you!!!

The worst furniture store ever! They are eager and friendly to get the sale, but afterwards you’re stuck with the worst customer service ever! Ordered my bedroom set 4 months ago and they switched the delivery date 3 times! The final day of bringing it, they said the dresser came damaged and would have to reschedule a delivery date for that. I’ve had to stack my clothes on my office desk which has made a big inconvenience and I’m now working from my dinner table! Horrible experience!!! Avoid this chain of stores at all costs!!! Unethical, disreputable in an understatement.. attempted to purchase a sofa chaise at their centennial Colorado store.. advertised sales price was $1299, when sales contract was rung up they attempted to get me to sign a credit card authorization showing no itemization of charges.. I noticed total was way too high and asked for itemized list of charges.. they attempted to charge me $300 over advertised price and when I caught them, they refused to honor displa... read more

I have had an absolutely horrendous experience working with conns. There is no exageration when I say that they have struggled and screwed up every step of the way. I got a queen bed set and a living room sofa set. The bed set was wrong. They delivered a king headboard and a queen footboard. They had to take the whole delivery back, we had to go back in person to get them to fix it and deliver it again 3 days later.
