Where do I begin…..(Long post) I ordered appliances at the Colonial Heights, VA store with a new employee who had just started that day. However, because she was new, her manager was doing most of the heavy lifting (90% of the work). I was even approved for credit before I arrive at the store; however, they recommended that I apply for the ********* account which I was approved for within minutes. Everything was amazing since we walked in the store we got welcomed and helped right away we walked around and we got exactly what we wanted and we got more than we expected and that was excited to know we could walk out with more than we thought and now our home is complete thank you so much cons !!!!

The entire purchase was effortless the girl who helped us I believe her name was Claudia was knowledgeable and very polite when we told her what we were looking for she took us directly to the three options that we had she set up the purchase verified all the information and took payment in a matter of 10 to 15 minutes delivery was fast the following day the two gentlemen who delivered the range were fast efficient and very neat overall it was a fantastic experience
