BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH CONNS. They will use a "bank" called americans first finance, they will say that it's no interest but trick you into thinking nothing will happen after. Come to find out they have the right to upcharge you 100+ percent. From a 2,000k loan to a 7,000k. How is this legal and allowed by both conns and americans first finance, good question. They are predatory and should not be allowed to do business. I'm disgusted.

Couch delivered and broke within 48 hours and they will not refund me. Unethical and unacceptable.

Conn's representative and delivery personnel we're exceptionally professional, courteous. My time at the store was met with very caring employee, who went far and beyond in selling me exactly what we were looking for. The delivery was done on time and with no problem. These people work as a team. Well done to very one at the store.
