I have had THE worst experience with Conns. First my delivery had to be rescheduled three times because of them putting the wrong zip code on the order. When they finally came, they didn't have the correct piece for my bed or the second item that I ordered. They were supposed to bring everything the next day. They canceled that appointment and was supposed to bring everything the following day. The driver called saying he was outside and guess what.... he went to the wrong zip code again.... Great service from start all the way to delivery ! Only suggestion would be to find a way to not make ppl run a credit app every time they come in . Other then that I'm happy with everything

Sandra helped me look for the freezer I wanted over the phone. She found what I wanted, and had everything ready when I arrived at the store. I was in and out of the store in less than thirty minutes and told my freezer would be delivered the next day. I was a happy consumer.
