Over charged and substandard quality of work I originally told them I had a 5 bedroom 4 bath home for a price but the service man ended up ONLY treated for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house since the other 2 bedrooms & bath the tenant service themselves. each time they were in and out 123..and each time I would still fine spiders & ants in the bedrooms corners and bathroom,, they came back a few extra times in the beginning, but without me having to call back to be inconvenienced with my time not to mention as it was most of the time... read more

In and out quickly and not enough glue traps for the basement.
Always on time and friendly. Always willing to make any corrections if necessary. That's why we've been using them for almost 10 years.
Disappointed and Unhappy. Appointment One. The person comes signs the contract and puts down traps. I could have done that for our mouse problem. Appointment Two: Person comes changes out traps. States on his paperwork he found a hole and he repaired it. He put a sticky note on the hole. I had to pay to repair it. Appointment Three: The representative comes to our home and gets an emergency call from his wife. Problem with child. I had a rat problem, and infesting I called Orkin because they were so well known. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. After seeing no results in 30 days I cancel my $258 (close esrimate) program thinking that their 30 day money back guarantee was an honest thing Nope. Not only did they continue for 3 months charging me the monthly fee, nobody will even return me calls.

I had a representative come to my house and tell me I needed to get it tented. He scheduled the date when he was there which was on my paperwork. When the day came, they never showed up. I called the rep as well as the Orkin office at least 6x until the supervisor came on the phone. Turns out they didn't schedule my house to be tented after all (even though my paperwork said otherwise). I got a hotel room and paid to board my dog. No apologies, just excuses from them. I'm well pleased with ORKIN. ********** is who services us and has done an excellent job in ridding us of a serious mole problem. I'm am serviced by the Lexington, KY office. **********
So disappointed with our Orkin experience. We called for help getting rid of rats in an outbuilding. We paid $250 for four sticky traps we could have bought at the hardware store for $10. There was no follow-up from them, and needless to say the problem was not addressed. My request for a refund was not honored and their customer service representatives kept putting me off. Don't waste your money or time working with them.
