On time, professional and observing all COVID-19 safety practices. Excellent communications (text & email) for scheduling appointments, enroute and arrival/departure. Highly recommended.
Steve was a huge help! Not only was he responsive to my (many) phone calls regarding the treatment in my apartment, he also came out on his day off to treat my apartment a second time. I really appreciated his prompt service.

I don't know what goes on at the call center or the Cockeysville, MD office but the customer service is embarrassingly bad and the attention to detail is nob-existent. Orkin came 2/26/21. The traps didn't work because the same mouse is still here. I called the call center and main office on Friday at 8am to come back and deal with the problem. Orkin has contacted you to discuss your concerns and serviced your home for the mouse issue. They checked all of the bait boxes and saw small amount of feeding on the box under the stove. Checked the traps behind the book shelf and the mouse was trapped. Removed the mouse, set fresh traps and completed service.
