At this writing, I am very angry with Orkin. We have had a service contract with this company for more than 15 years. Based upon their recommendations, we have invested a huge sum of money to reduce the moisture from our crawl space. I had to contact them to return to our home to complete the job. They have done damage to my residence because of poorly qualified workforce.

Want to give 0 star but can't. I paid 400 dollars for a 3-month rodent program in June last year. On the day of the payment, the technician placed down 3 mouse traps and looked for entry points, and told me that he can block off those holes located at ground levels but he didn't bring a tall ladder so he had to came back for it. Then I waited for a week or two, no one shows so I had to call the company to arrange it, then the technician finally showed up, and he forgot the ladder again and said someone or him will come back ... read more

Honestly this was their first visit so I do not know yet if the service works but the technician was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and hard-working.
Orkin does a great job getting ready for pests. We have used them for years and never had a problem and if we did have any bugs they would fix the problem. I highly recommend them.
I don't like bait and switch offers. I made an appointment based on the offer given by the Orkin home office in Atlanta. When the service tech got here, he said they would not honor that deal. This kind of dishonesty doesn't sit well with me. After complaining to the Atlanta office, they immediately put me in touch with the Greensboro office. The Greensboro office then decided they would honor the original agreement.

On 3/1/2021, the technician came to do service. He rang the door bell. Instead of waiting for someone to open the door, he went to open my gate. My gate was closed but unlocked. It's not a big deal to me if my little dog didn't run out. He's a small Bichon who is really scared of stranger. That's why he ran out. When i talked to the technician, he claimed that my dog was still there when he left. Another problem is when I talked to the manager, he believed whatever the technician said.
