Orkin does a great job. Matthew and **** are excellent, knowledgeable, and very considerate. We used Orkin for pest control every place we have lived. They are our go to company.
I have been an Orkin customer for 27 years. I have always had a polite, efficient serviceman who is knowledgeable of his chemical treatments and insect pests. Any time I have contacted the main office my problems were resolved within a few minutes.
They scammed us by telling us we signed a year contract when I paid for a one time visit we've been getting billed for months before they magically started calling us about coming for service and when they came the guy knocked and walked away from the door

I have never been given so much misinformation, or had so many problems with a service. When I would have a scheduled service, the technician who would come out to provide said service didn't even knock on the door, he just called me and left. I called to complain and they said they would schedule another service appointment for 2 days later and 2 days later they never called or showed up. The manager removed half the service payment due to the exterior service being the only service completed and per your request cancelled the service.
Good company! Nice tech and prompt service
The service was done but the billing horrendous. First Orkin came to my house a promised me I wouldn't have to make a payment until August 2nd 2020. I paid on Aug 2, 2020 and Rollins Acceptance told me I was a moth behind. I told them that's not what the contract stated. Anyhow I've been one month behind for months now despite bringing the account current! Their billing is screwed up. I have my receipts and I can't get a call back from management. I recently had a sales representative from Orkin to examine my wooden storage unit for termites. While I was getting the key to open the building, the sales representative examined my storage building. He informed me that I had termites and if I treat the building, the termites will eventually try to invade my brick home. The storage is at least 200 feet from my house.
