I called this company Trutech, because I kept hearing noise coming the back of the house, that sounded if something was trying to get in the attic. They sent Riley from the Arlington, TX out to give me an estimate on what could be in the attic, He told me I had Raccoons in the attic, he wrote up the proposal to remove Raccoons. he said I need to give a credit card number to reserved and have a tech come out. to set up for catching and removing the animals. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Incorrectly billed, then told they need to check with who I spoke with in case I'm lying. What a joke.

They are the worst, I took Andrews word, he said that it was going to be a one time charge of $91, it was my fault for not reading the contract but I asked him again and again if it was going to be the $91 for the year and he said yes. Come to find out it's actually $470. DO NOT TRUST HIS WORD LIKE I DID!
