I called last night (7/7/21) at 9:53pm and scheduled a inspection in my home for unwanted insects. As my husband and I are new to Tennessee, being transferred by the military as that is my husband line of work, we expected a bug or so as that is what comes with being in the south. It's has been a nightmare ordering services from Orkin. Save yourself some misery. I ordered one year of service from Orkin for spraying flying ants for my mom's home in Florida. I live in another state. My Mom is older and so I did all the needed payment and communication. After the year was up they still keep on spraying and my credit card was billed. Been a customer for over a year and had a flying ant problem. My service was every other month and I emailed my branch to see if they can send someone out to spray just that one area to kill the ants before my party that weekend. ****** texted me back and replied my service was every other month. So I cancelled my service there was no effort to make things right like they offer when you sign up for service. Joe E*** the manager avoid my email response with my concern and still nothing. Horrible Horrible customer service.

Today I had a conversation with Todd J***** and he asked to continue service with Orkin at the same frequency and the same billing procedures. We discussed best time to complete the regular services and best contact method. I apologized for his recent experience trying to get a follow up service scheduled, and how to proceed moving forward. I believe this concerned has been resolved to the customers satisfaction.

I paid 150$ for pest control orkin and I'm very disappointed the technician Jampol has not provide the best solution my house got worst I'm very disappointed that I looked and call to this company wish I had another professional technician I tried to file a complaint in google and it did not show in their system hopefully BBB can help me solve this problem soon

They did a Moisture Odd Job for me one year ago. They still have not completed it. I have told them many times and they act like they will fix what they did wrong but nothing happens. The tech that originally did the work under my house was sent to correct it. He told me then that when he first came he didn't have enough screws so he had put 1 screw in some of the vents. He knew he had done it wrong and didn't care. When he arrived the second time he said no one told him what he was supposed to do so he didn't have the right... read more

Thank you for your feed back! The Branch Manager inspected Ms. ***** home and reviewed the crawl work and vents, which looked great. The manager did propose upgrading to a DryZone program because of the drainage around her house and the moisture in her crawl space is extreme. The two vents in question were just the faces and not the whole vents. The faces are put on tight and to keep out rodents, but there is a piece of rebar in the middle of each vent opening. It's not easy finding a pest control company out in rural KY, so we were very lucky that Orkin serviced our area. They were super easy to schedule, would have come out the same day if we weren't busy, and the rep they sent was great. I'll definitely be using them regularly for preventative treatments.

They are always good sending you notifications your appointment is coming up soon, then remind you the day before, also on the day of appointment, let you know on there way, let you know they are here. The person who comes to do the work is very kind, explain things, answer any questions if I have any. Thank you
