Heard an animal in the wall, gave them a call. They couldn't come out until the next day and they gave us a 4 hour window with a promise of a call-ahead. Re-arranged our day to be home in that window of time. No call no show. Called them, they said they were here and nobody was home. We explained that we were home and nobody even drove by via proof of camera. They apologized and gave us an appointment for the next day and said it would be 50% off. I tried to cancel 2 service agreements 3 times and my request is still unresolved. The services I paid for have not resolved my problems. I don't want to do business with this company and would not refer anyone. The Dryzone is a scam, I could have caulked my windows and purchased a dehumidifier, saving thousands of dollars. The pest service agreement/treatment hasn't been effective. I can't cook or keep food in my home. Each invoice indicates no sightings. I kill bugs daily. I use my sink and give my dog food and water. Would not recommend Rollins Pest Control. Did not explain payment options as they should have. Was charged $99.00 of interest in just one day. Customer service was of zero help. On 09/15, inquired if bill was paid in full if interest that began on 09/14 could be forgiven. Even though this was just ONE day, was denied very rudely. Was not aware interest would begin on said date.

Orkin overcharged us and lied and didn't solve ithe problem

We have always been extremely satisfied with the service provided by Orkin. Our serviceman, Chris, is dependable, thorough and friendly. Highly recommend!

The intial service was okay. I called weekly for 6 weeks to have more bait boxes placed outside of my house and no one ever came. Every week it was the same excuse and they always said the technician would be out next week. Why pay for a monthly service and they never come. I would not recommend this company

One of the worst company's that I have ever dealt with. Thee charge a inspection charge of a little over $100 for about 1 hour of work. (Which is fine). They told me if I took the 3 mouth same a cash they he would come back after final applicant to check for any signs of bed bugs. So first treatment they charged my card $2200 when I was suppose to have 3 mouth to pay. (A 4 bed room house). So I had to call them to get my money back. They did 2 treatments and it didn't get rid of the pest so they had to come back for another.... read more

They notified when they would come to perform service with reminder including after arrival. Brandon has done a great and thorough job. He was punctual and courteous.
