I have been a customer of ******************** since **/**/2020. I never had any issues with the technician whatsoever. He did his ******** treated my family great. My complaint is the following: I had saved my credit card to my profile on my Orkin account so that when it is time to make a payment I can just select the card. That is so much easier than having to dig through my purse and physically get my card out. I also take advantage of saving card to file with plenty other companies. Horrible company completely lacking any accountability. Falsely accusing me of a pest problem and refused to say where the accusation came from? Will file a defamation lawsuit.

Have done business with Orkin her in ****** **** and have soley regretted it. They did not follow through with their visits to rid of pest control. Contacted manager have emails that he said I will not be responsible for follow up visits charges. I keep getting calls from collections place Rollins collection. Orkin Manager is ************************* Nforgwei BMT Branch 568 **************************************************************

I learned the hard way that Orkin does not have a tenting operation for termites, they use sub-contractors without informing the customers.I hired Orkin to tent my house for termites after turning down another generic company for the job, thinking that Orkin was going to do the tenting. It turns out that after paying Orkin ******** dollars, Orkin sub-contracted out the job to the exact generic company that I turned down for the job. Orkin never did the tenting themselves. Last month (3/22), Orkin came out and inspected due to a mouse problem. Two people from Orkin showed up (at different times). One was the person acting as the exterminator and the other said he was a build inspector. They both went through the whole house with both of us (the building inspector was going around the house with my husband while the other Orkin person started sealing holes, setting traps, and spray around the house) and when they went into our room, the building inspector said he noticed black mold in the crawl... read more

I hired the Orkin services back in November of 2021. I had moved to a new house and I had some issues with mice at my house. The company sent a agent to my house, he is coming every month and he review the house and put some traps on the basement. We have so far caught two rodents. They are charging us ***** dollars every month. The situation with mice has continued, but that is the only solution that they offered. Also, you are locked in year contract, so you can't get out. contracted orkin to put insulation in the floor joist in crawl space. Told me it would keep my floors warmer. They left me with a unfinished job and cold floors. That was several years ago. Made numerous calls and still nothing. Can't get nobody to call me to resolve this and can't get nobody to come for an inspection. My advise is to stay away from this company. They take your money and leave you hanging.

I called for a quote and while waiting for the appointment I was emailed a coupon for $75 off. but when they did my appointment I had to argue with the manager to get the discount for the initial visit. Then when finally billed I was still charged the full amount and after an email to them was issued a credit but they didn't contact me.
