I had an excellent experience with Connect Roofing. The owners of the company Jim (senior) and Jim (junior) were very open and honest. What I thought was going to initially be a repair to my roof, due to it's very poor condition due to wear and tear this resulted in me having to have a new roof. Once the roofing tiles were removed this flagged up another issue, the external wall was on the lean and the bricks were loose. To secure the wall the bricks had to be removed, and refitted. Called for a quotation and the guy was agreeable until I said I would need to use to quotation to sue to get the money to do the work and then he completely shut me down. Sorry that someone damaged my home and I don't have £10ks out of pocket to fix it and sorry thay I need a quote to have something to use to sue them. How very bad of me!
