Every time I go there the staff are always friendly, courteous and professional. I'm always greeted with a smile and even if it's something I probably should have known or figured out their attitude towards me remains the same.
I had my hearing test and I got the results I recommended it to anyone and the staff are the lovest ladies I have met thanks again
Connect hearing is great for hearing test and they really helped me understand what was happening with my hearing and helped me to get the proper information and hearing aids I need. They also made sure I got medical attention from an ent to rule out any other medical problems first and help me with a payment plan. They also took the time to research and understood about how my genetic disorder Ehlers Danlos syndrome can affect hearing too.
