You don’t accumulate loyalty points automatically - you have to give your number to the cashier and ask every time for points to be added. Even if you order online, the phone number from the online order doesn’t transfer over. I’ve lost out on a big amount of loyalty points because I wasn’t informed of this until today. They have a huge selection but the online menu is often not updated, so you may not have the product you want even if it says that it’s in stock online. Was a big fan of dispensary until the last 5 times I’ve tried to bought flower it’s all been dusty dry weed and all has this same taste the harvest dates on many of my packages go back to august 2024 so makes sense if they have been on the shelf this long. Would at least like some fresh options as this is my medicine staff told me I need to buy on up a shelf which did not help and was told that’s how the buds come and in my 5 years of smoking I’ve never seen buds so crisp and dry you don’t even need a grinder
So y’all know me I gotta do it again, but this is the worst customer service I have ever been provided in my own home town Detroit Michigan, came back to shop with the local dispensaries to show homage and support then got denied and turned around for a temporary ID That every cop takes as proof of identification.make it make sense but I guess common sense isn’t so common anymore!
