Service is great but will not be back until the mask mandate is removed.
DO NOT GO THOMAS DERMATOLOGY. STAFF IS HORRIBLE especially the front desk. They have no experience. All the front desk does is talk bad about their customers giving them faces. These clowns are very disrespectful. I’ve heard them multiple times I visited talked shitt about their patients. Terrible terrible front desk, these young ladies gossiping all the time.. Hire new people or shut this location down.
I arrived 15 min early, front desk was nice but then asked me to sit aside so she can check someone out. I was taken to a room before I could finish my new patient paperwork which was great. However I spent about an hour waiting in the room. 45 min of waiting a different receptionist asked for my paperwork and I told her I'll hold onto it because I had to leave soon.
