My first comment, regardless of season, bring slippers. All the floors are shiny and don't hold heat. Anyhoo, on to my thoughts.... If you are driving, PLEASE note, the estate has a one way road! We witnessed many near misses. Just use the signs. It is NOT brain science. Now then, the resort. Awwww. It is relaxed, green, lush and welcoming. Lots of green areas for dog walking. Nice and quiet
We came here expecting peace and relaxation, but instead we’ve been subjected to continuous noise from grass cutting and loud machinery literally from the morning onwards. This hasn’t just been for an hour or two, it’s been dragging on for well over five hours straight and completely ruined any chance of relaxing. We booked a holiday cottage, not a construction site. Very clean and tidy, good location. Dog friendly is a plus. Plenty of space and all kitchen amenities supplied.
