Made the effort to travel to Poole, pay for parking etc only to arrive to the shop with shutters down! Please update your opening hours. Not even a sign to state why they weren’t open. Very disappointing.

Indeed this is a 'confused' gallery, they never seem to know when to open! Especially when you list online you are and then repeatedly waste my time to arrive to your closed shutters. NOT IMPRESSED.

Beautiful shop with amazing people with so much help me and my husband got new wedding rings with alot of help from the lovely owner, And I will be back in to buy more as they have so much to offer.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience in this shop. We had just walked in and started to look around at the jewellery. In less than one minute a gentleman came over to us, asked if he could help, I simply responded that we were just having a look as we weren’t sure what we wanted to buy jewellery wise, and the gentleman came back with “if you’re just looking then we’re going to close and lock up” and ushered us out of the shop. Nice jewellery but unfortunately run by rude, condescending owners. Such a shame as I was about to purchase but had to walk out
