The room is decorated in an over the top style but it was nice that we were the only people there. The lady (the older of the two) who served us was pushy, didn’t listen to my likes/dislikes. Kept pushing my into fishtails which I said I hated saying they made my bum look good! Went in today, was very excited and loved the communication before my appointment. I'm a plus size lady and had a budget of £1200 the lady told me she would order dresses In to fit my requests. The ladies picked 4 dresses off the rail (not preordered) for me to try on an after the second dress I realised the cheapest they selected was £1570. I asked if they had anymore in my size and in my budget she said only fishtails which she knew I didn't like! My wife got her wedding dress from this shop. The staff are very bubbly and helpful and the prices are good.

Wonderful friendly staff amazing selection of dresses ... lots of room for trying dresses on ... clean tidy and efficient
