I had an outpatient surgery on Nov 23 2015. The hospital setting was good. My complaint is in regard to a specific nurse by the name of Janet Sanders. Janet has NO bedside manner at all. She is very cold, harsh, abrasive, and just down right mean! Not what a patient wants to deal with before going into surgery. Shame on Janet Sanders!!!
The hospital has top of the line physicians and technologies but the medical administration has been incapable to make the private group of physicians feel appreciated by the Hospital group.Consequently the dream of potentially become one of the best community hospital in the USA is waiting a charismatic and visionary leadership to do it .
I have to give 5 stars to the ER. I have rare disease that causes frequent anaphylaxis. I've been treated there 11 times this year for anaphylaxis. I only had 1 bad experience. The staff has taken time to learn about my unique needs. They listen & work with me. I've had attendings actually look up Mast Cell Disease because it's so rare they want to understand, but first they get me stable. I had my 2 year old grandson admitted there over the weekend. He had to stay 3 nights. I cant say enough of how wonderful the nursing staff was but that administration should be embarrassed an ashamed of the crib mattress they expected my grandson to sleep on. That mattress was so old and discusting it was ripped and yellowish brown in color from years and years of use the original color was blue which that you could see from the top of the mattress. They do a good job they help me out a lot when I had my kids there. Yeah the waiting suck there because they are less staff it ain't there fault at all I bet it gets very stressful there just think if that was you in there spot and realize what they go though it not easy like you think. The staff is great thank you guys for all your help
