The sales pitch was great. If only they did what they promised. From initial order to installation, we have heard every excuse under the sun. Driver ill. Machinery broken down. Lorry broken down. Too hot (October ffs). Then we can’t lay the concrete too long before the install because it’s indoor concrete, not outdoor concrete. Garage lets water in and is covered in mould, nothing like the quality it should be, everything inside is ruined. Been trying to get this resolved for months and am no further forward after giving several opportunites.
Concrete Garages Scotland provided us with a complete service. Removal of our old garage base, provision of a new garage base and build of a new garage. At each stage, from initial contact, through defining exactly what we wanted, to the base removal, new base and new garage build the team was helpful, friendly and professional. At all stages the work was completed to a high standard and our area left clean and tidy. We are happy to recommend Concrete Garages Scotland as a cost effective and professional supplier of garages.
Categorically avoid this company. Initial installation was fine but as warranty claims arose there was absolutely no back up from them without loads of phone calls and emails, the majority of which were completely ignored. The roof is leaking and despite being promised it would be fixed yesterday they failed to turn up and a garage that was purchased from them several months ago and paid for in full was also promised to be erected yesterday hasn't even been ordered from the suppliers.
