Great job very quick without feeling rushed and amazing job working with my child!
Always fantastic experience, kind and knowledgeable staff.
Normally I don't really have any complaints. But I brought her in for her first filling and to have a spacer removed. I had explained that she has severe anxiety and she was very nervous. Things were going well at the beginning but when Lilliana started to get anxious and her fears took over the staff weren't as patient with her as I was hoping they would be. We ended up walking out without her work being done. It was very upsetting and a waste of time. Not sure what to now.
The office was warm and cheerful . Dr. Hinton put myself and my husband at ease when talking about our 3 month old daughters tongue and lip tie. She gave us options and reassurance. Highly recommend this practice for your child !
The dentist was great but the dental assistant was EXTREMELY RUDE. We will be finding a new dentist after this.
This was my daughters second visit to Concord Pediatric Dentistry. She was 2 at her first visit and she was not letting anyone near her. Our second visit was completely different than the first. The hygienist put my 3 year old at ease and talked her through the whole process. Everyone was smiling and happy and by the time the dentist got there my daughter was still patient as he looked at her mouth. Amber was absolutely amazing and made my daughter feel so comfortable and would love to have her everytime she goes, Hannah has serious anxiety and Amber made that go away for the cleaning. Hannah said she really liked her alot
