Concord Pediatric Dentistry was amazing. The entire experience from referral to check out was great. Dr Hinton and her team were fabulous!
My daughter is 9 and has generalized anxiety disorder. Your office has repeatedly tried to shame or scold her into being cooperative. I understand that you are not all trained in mental health, but you are dealing with children. My most recent experience ended with a referral to an oral surgeon in which the hygienist added "behavior not good." as a note. How about "child is anxious"? Just a simple phrase change. I am seriously considering taking my child from the practice.

The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was fantastic The girls felt comfortable and truly ENJOYED going to the dentist. Never thought that would happen....:) They are looking forward to future appointments!
As a mother of a four year old I know my child isn't the best at sitting still for the dentist. We were referred to by a family friend after we had a horrible visit at our previous dentist. The hygienist was so calm and patient. Even took the time after the appoint to show my daughter all the tools that will be used her next visit. I was very impressed at how well that kept my daughter focused and calm.
My son has huge anxiety about the dentist. The second we walked in they made him feel comfortable and he relaxed quite a bit. They were great with explaining what they were doing to him and for the first time in a while he let the dentist into his mouth! He was so excited and proud of himself that he did it!
The hygienist my son had was terrific he would like to get her each time such a pleasure
Great first experience with Concord Pediatric Dentistry! The staff made the kids feel at ease and were happy to have their teeth cleaned! They especially loved the prize token at the end of the visit. I loved that I have 4-5 kids having cleanings and I can have them all go at once and only be there for 1 hour. Can't do that at most places! The facilities were very clean and organized. The hygienists and dentist were very informative and nonjudgmental.
