Very friendly and professional staff. The staff directly answered my grandsons questions and did not turn to me as the adult present. The caregivers were all attentive to their comfort. The boys were provided with clear instructions for proper care of their teeth. The boys entered irritated and anxious. They left smiling and laughing out the door. Thank you.
This was our last visit there and will never be coming back. You guys have no respect for parents.

The entire staff is friendly. Front desk, hygienist, doctor and appointment staff. They are patient with toddlers and supportive of parents!
My 4 year old daughter loves going to the dentist! The staff at Concord Pediatric Dentistry is super friendly. Our hygienist at our recent visit was Robin. He sweet personality and gentle manner set my daughter at ease and made her visit fun and stress free. Dr. Achong has a great sense of humor and had my daughter and I, giggling. He was also very good at clearly explaining the status of her teeth for me.
