They know how to make children feel at ease. No one likes going to the dentist but they are really understanding and do well.
Your service and care of cedrics teeth is great. He was a little scared at first but the staff has reassured him. We are forking on not su king his thumb. Thank you all for what you do
We arrived for our appointment time, waited 30 minutes just to be told that his aligners hadnt arrived and we would need to reschedule.
The front desk staff was not there upon arrival. Had to wait 10 minutes to check in.
Jenny is Great!!! She is always very professional and Tabitha looks forward to her visits to the dentist to see her.
We arrived 20 minutes early they took us right in. Very nice staff!
Concord Pediatric Dentistry does a great job of making our dental visit fun. The staff is helpful, nice, and experienced in working well with children.
Wonderful office from front desk to the dental chair! We had a tongue and lip tie laser procedure for our 19 month old daughter. Dr. Hinton and staff are very knowlegable about the necessity of the procedure, as well as very informative to the patients/parents. I would recommend this office for this procedure. We have decided this is the office our children will use for regular check ups.
The service, as usual, was very friendly and professional.
