The staff here from receptionist to doctors were wonderful. We needed quick help for a tongue tie with our newborn and from the first call they were extremely accommodating and thorough in explanations and what to expect, and were able to get us in very quickly (every day is critical with a tiny one). Dr. Hinton was patient and supportive through the process and her assistants were as well. We only wish we lived much closer than MA so we could use them in the future as our child’s dentists!

My Grandson loves going to Concord Pediatric Dentistry. He's only six year's old, but has already had to have extensive work done on his teeth due to various reasons. I thought he'd be hesitant to want to go back to the dentist office, but because of the amazingly wonderful staff that they have he enjoys going. Our family has been coming to Concord Pediatric Dentistry for 25 years! I can't think of a kinder full-service practice! From routine care to extractions, to orthodontics - we've had it all. It will be a sad day when the youngest of 4 ages out.
Once in a while you are surprised with outstanding service. I was recently with my first visit to Concord Pediatric Dentistry. They're professional and extremely friendly. It was refreshing to experience such high caliber service. We had a tongue tie lasered on my new born. This location was not covered by my insurance but I do not regret spending the money out of pocket here because of their outstanding service.
I had my baby on 9/15 and my goal was to breastfeed- unfortunately it was so painful I could hardly nurse him and I dreaded doing it. Finally, a good friend noticed that my son had a tongue and lip tie and referred me to Dr.Hintons office— I didn’t call her office initially because insurance was such a PAIN!
