Concept Development owned by James Fletcher, completed a bathroom transformation and Dorma work which involved increasing the upstairs living area. James is so approachable , he keeps you updated from start to finish. The work was of a really high standard ..james and his team are polite proffessional and so productive . I would highly recomend for the quality of work and expert finish . He really puts the client first ..

Highly recommended. Had a double dormer extension including a full new bathroom built. James and his team were highly professional throughout, and the end results were fantastic. This was a complex project from the start which we were slightly anxious about, but we could not ask for more in terms of being consulted and reassured at every point. And all the little extras that can make such a big difference, these were no trouble at all. Top quality workmanship.
