I left the store with a smile on my face. – I had an immediate and excellent service with my laptop. I found out that their price is lower than other places. I will certainly recommend this Computronics to others!

MOST expert computer wizard ANYWHERE! – As a Composer, I really rely on my ancient 1991 Dell with an old Dos program requiring 5 1/2" and 3 1/2" floppys...yes it's THAT old. The program I use is a little known DOS sequencing program, TEXTURE. It's my lucky program, and though I have all the new gadgets and wizards/programs for music sequencing, Texture is my LUCKY program...and it never breaks down unless there is a check waiting at the end of the project. Laptop Battery – This place definitely provides much more personal, useful service than any big-name store. They definitely helped me out to not only discover with my laptop's battery, but they also gave me a discount on the correct product that I needed.
Helpful and reasonably priced computer repair!!! – I spent an entire day calling computer places hoping to find someone who could fix my broken DC jack on my laptop. I was so relieved when I finally called Computronics. Not only were they able to fix my computer for an extremely reasonable price, but the friendly staff was informative and showed me ways to clean up the computer to increase its operational speed. I TAKE IT BACK! – I thought they provided great service......until I took my computer back a week later. They offered to fix it......for another $75. I found out at another computer shop that they had not installed all the updates they should have. This left my system vulnerable to viruses, of course it got them, froze up, and is now worthless.
Bad service, bad work – Bad-mannered owner, overpriced service. When I got home after they "fixed" my computer, it froze up. Had an IT specialist (personal friend) look at it, he noted that not all the drivers were installed, some were installed improperly. Would not recommend to anyone, go somewhere where they will offer a service guarantee.
I have had the need for a capable computer specialist to keep my equipment up in good operating order. Computronics has been able to fill that requirement. S.Gindoff
awful computer store – Very dissatisfying experience at Computronics. Poor customer service, poor quality work. Would not recommend to anybody, have been advising friends and family to stay away from this store.
