Real People Who Care Will Fix Your Computer – What a great experience! I called on Saturday, made an appointment for Sunday, which is when I dropped off my iBook and it was ready Monday. The repair required micro soldering skills on the logic board and it was done without a hitch. And it came in at the estimate! My laptop is up and running! I will definitely return!
Worst computer store ever – This place is awful. Do not take your computer there. The problem with the laptop was that the computer would not work properly with the ac adapter. They claimed they had fixed it. They did not. I brought it home - only to realize the computer did not work properly. I brought it back and they said they would fix it properly the second time. Absolutely Criminal – These people are absolutely dishonest, unprofessional and down right criminal. They said from the problems I was having with my laptop, that the backlight needed replaced. They could turn that around in 24 hours. So....I took my computer in and paid the intial $75. Hours later I was told over the phone that the "real" problem was the inverter. great attention to detail – They're the Best! They repaired my PC fast and economically. They also follow up with a phone call to make sure that the customer is satisfied.
I had my laptop shut down with an all of a sudden POP! Now what do I do? All my data would be lost and the project I was working on dangerously in jeopardy. Computronics was ready with their technicians and did a same day repair with a fair price. I picked up the laptop and carried on with my business. Thanks Computronics. SCAMMERS - ALL THESE REVIEWS WERE WRITTEN BY ASSOCIATES – These guys are crooks and scammers. Watch out for all these reviews that were written by the associates. This guy gave me a quote, and then he said to wait for few weeks. Later called my home and cursed me and said so many F words just because I said I do not want to have it repaired anymore. BEST place ANYWHERE to get help for your COMPUTER! – As a Composer, I really rely on my ancient 1991 Dell with an old Dos program requiring 5 1/2" and 3 1/2" floppys...yes it's THAT old. The program I use is a little known DOS sequencing program, TEXTURE. It's my lucky program, and though I have all the new gadgets and wizards/programs for music sequencing, Texture is my LUCKY program...and it never breaks down unless there is a check waiting at the end of the project. THE BEST COMPUTER "NEUROSURGEONS" AROUND! – My company relies on 5 major computers, each of which do specified tasks unique to the structure/drivers/programs. So when any of them crash, it's always a disaster, no matter HOW many times the info has been backed up.
