Good for fixing lap tops – This place was recommended by a friend and they did a good job, there was a little delay waiting for parts but they delivered the final repair on time for a good price. I would use them again.

Excellent Computer Repair store – I have used Computronics two times in 2 years and have been very satisfied with the service with my computer. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to whoever wants their computer fixed at a reasonable price.

Unprofessional & Rude. – I was TRICKED by their high reviews, of which I believe 95% are clearly written by them! I find it suspicious when I see constant rave reviews all saying the same thing, none saying anything negative. I believe the owners of Computronics do not give customers the respect they deserve, and pay hard earned money for. Hey, they roped me in. But don't let it happen to you. Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible service. – I don?t believe the customer is always right. But if the customer is asking to understand what was done to their computer and why its not functioning the way it should after "repairs" of over $150, I dont believe that customer deserves to be verbally assaulted. Terrible service, misleading reviews – I had a terrible experience at Computronics on Wilshire Blvd in West Los Angeles. The owner was extremely rude, very unprofessional, and wanted to charge me an extra $45 for doing additional work because the first work that was done was not done properly. I will never do business with Computronics again, and I recommend that you look carefully at the "positive reviews" that are posted on this an other sites, which I believe were all done by employees of the company.

Amazing Computer People! – Absolutely wonderful service, not only affordable and polite but QUICK! Not having to wait weeks to get your computer back is amazing! Everything explained so that even I could understand them! I would refer everyone to them 1000%. THANK YOU GUYS!!

computer 911 – Ten different tech support people somewhere on the other side of the world couldn't get a clue what was wrong with my computer after probably 18 hours worth of wasted time and effort. All they could suggest is that I buy new stuff. The guys at Computronics figured out what was wrong with my computer in a few minutes and fixed it the same day with no additional parts needed. I recommend them.

BEST COMPUTER SERVICE WITHOUT DOUBT – EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICE. MY LAPTOP WAS REPAIRED IN 24 HRS! WITHOUT ANY HESITATION COMPUTER WAS REPAIRED EVERYTHING WAS CLEAR AND ACCEPTABLE. I called a company and to get it repaired i was quoted $450 and this was for a four day repair i am thankful for finding them and i would recommend them to anybody with any electronic or computer problem.
