I was refer from two friends to go to see ,all I heard was right and did good job same day service low price fast repair,clean job ,honest group of tech , very advance , good price I recommend to everybody
nobody can fix my problem they did it . low charge ,nice, very good place and friendly too ,very acknowledgeable , – I heard about them in one party . six month later , I went to visit them . they were very nice and teach me and informed me and gave me so much information and pro and con of system .They started same they and fix it in 3 hours all working fine .very acknowledgeable .I recommended to every body. Really good group of techs and high personalities ,friendly ,fast, teach everything must vist them ,I go back for advise and purchase – I find them from and good friend and went to them they analyse the repair very deeply to me show me smaple of repair walk me on step of repair and how long it take , then I left . Best service I had in a long time, clean job,promp response,friendly people, works with every budget – when I called them ,they understand the problem , when go there ,they started to fix right away , meanwhile they train me in some problems I had , they fix it in 15 minute , meanwhile shop was very busy with customer . all were talking ,how good they are and they will recommend friends . They gave me very good imppersion from beginning . I was surprised their promptness ,and knowledge.
Very informative ,helpfull, fast response ,expert ,good with hardware – I was refer to them from hotel I stay in . Great customer service low price,prompt repair very nice, help in every way – I saw Ad. and call them , They help me for 10 minutes by phone , can not solve the problem ,I went to store and They started on my job right away , in 1.5 hour job is done . it was very low price and fast and they show all working and tested , help me to car and smile and give advise explain all problems and how they fix it , with good warranty . The worst customer service with very rude and unprofessional staff – This has been the most absurd and unprofessional customer service I have ever seen!! I had taken my laptop for a corrupt OS problem fix and was forced 2 pay 45 dollars just to run a diagnostic test when I told the staff that I know that the OS is corrupt. BEWARE!!! I Didn't Listen to Warnings-Costly (Time, Money & Frustration) Mistake! – I recently brought my PDA into Computronics for repair after I was told by phone that the item was "no problem" to fix and could be repaired and working again by the end of the day. Three days, 7 phone calls, 3 in-store visits and $40.00 later I received my phone back exactly as I had left it; still broken.
