computronics is fast , inexpensive , polite ,helpfull all ti – I have been doing business with Computronics for the past 8 years and must say I am very happy with them. this entire business is a scam – I can't get a handle on what is really going on here, but whatever it is...it has nothing to do with fixing your computer. If you know what's good for you STAY AWAY. They aim to steal money

computer is fixed , we show everything is working , Customer asked many question , stay longer , even fix internet game , all , work find , he was asking for old game programs , we said must be install again , with your disks , he disagreed , want us to find and pay to download , this is against our routine , he left , wrote review , which is to truth .
Criminals – STAY AWAY!!! That's all I can say about this place. These people literally STOLE my money!!! Now that I think about it, I should have called the police - really! I left my computer for a "free estimate". When i got their ridiculously expensive quote, I decided to get my computer back and go elsewhere. They would not return my computer unless I paid them $65 for the "free estimate". this is 1/10 of facts , with her computer , there was almost 3 conversations prior computer comes to us , there was label of best buy on the back of computer she confess that went to 2 other location , so she knew what is problem with machine , , we did free estimate before she comes in and even when she was there , we went later bought parts , and started to when , 5th conversation , she said know ,if you can fix it , she gave us full run around.
Computronics – Jacob was very helpful and friendly in fixing my older sony VAIO.He finished the work on my computer within a week, as well as being very professional and letting me know other problems he fixed. I highly recommend if you need work on your computer that you should go to his shop in Westwood.Its a long drive but its worth it.
Seems like a shady operation – 5 stars for shade, see ONE STAR REVIEWS at end of section for the true essence of an experience w/ Jacob at Computronics. Ive never seen such love and affection towards any staff in a computer stores review as the ones listed here. This person came to shop , to fix LCD screen which was broken , We ask for deposit in order to get the right ,LCD screen .We told him we will call back to quote right price after opening the frame and take out LCD , find out the correct model # and give the price. Unlike what he said we did open and take it out , try to find best price for him ,and call him .
Revived & Saved my Beloved HP Laptop! – They replaced my faulty D.C. Power Jack, which I discovered is the mechanical "Weak Link" of the "Laptop Computer" and is a very common problem, which needs to be diagnosed by legitimate experts. I received two other quotes for $150.00, which I felt was an exorbitant price to pay. They performed an overnight miricle for $67.00 cash on 02/02/10 and my laptop has not operated better. I highly recommend Computronics and their expert staff.
