I saw Ann yesterday and already I am feeling much more positive about the outcome for my stiff and painful knee. Ann is very thorough and has given me a much better understanding of how I can manage and improve my symptoms. Her advice on rehabilitation exercises is already making a difference alongside yesterday's treatment which was wonderful. I highly recommend Ann's service.
Working from home at a desk has taken it's toll, stiff shoulders and upper arms plus general body resistance to my favourite exercise..... swimming. After a few sessions of deep massage and proper guidance Ann has me back in the pool. I cannot recommend Ann highly enough her passion for mending me and her encyclopaedic knowledge of anatomy is amazing. Thank you Ann.
Ann is amazing. She cured chronic back pain I had for 3 weeks, that no other therapist could sort. She uses many different therapies and techniques to diagnose/establish the cause and then offers the right solution to heal. Highly recommended !!!
Ann is quite simply the best sports therapist I've ever seen (and I've seen quite a few!). Her knowledge and ability to not only get to the root of the problem but provide treatment with immediate improvement alongside excellent aftercare too. Highly recommend - I certainly won't be going anywhere else!
Visited Annie a few weeks ago with nerve pain in lower leg she promptly tracked down the cause and remedied the issue with the precision of a real pro! Highly recommend, she will be my go to physio from now on!
