Working with this company (in Tennessee) was a nightmare. From the quote to the finished project, 4 months later! I had foundation repair, encapsulation and "mold" remediation. The person that gave the quote promised/gave incorrect information and I had to remind him to put what he said he would do in the quote. He did not forward the correct quote to the company (shady). I want to start off by Thanking Jay ******** for going way above and beyond to help me resolve the leak in my basement! I had gotten several estimates but when Jay from OHIO BASEMENT AUTHORITY came out I had a really good feeling right away.. The only good thing about FSM was the professionalism of the crew. We hired FSM for moisture on our basement floor, and to anchor 2 basement walls that had shifted in our 100 year old home. We are satisfied with the wall anchoring that was done. What we thought they installed was drain tile around the inside of the basement to correct the moisture issues we were having on the floor.
