James **** did an excellent job. He was professional, gave us a thorough assement of the condition of our crawl space, and provided us with options for how to proceed. He was very understanding and helpful. He also provided very detailed answers to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend Ohio Basement Authority and James for their excellent work, even at the initial consultation.

Just had our basement worked on by Ohio Basement Authority and are very, very satisfied with their work. Very professional, thorough and walked us through everything they were going to do and did! Had used the company once before and was happy with their work, but not so much this time, but Damian, David & Marion did do a great job finishing the project. They saved the company's reputation in my mind. Not very happy with the earlier crews. They were late arriving each morning and they did much more damage to my shrubbery and lawn than was indicated during the quote and inspection. Bob ***** was very thorough when he did his inspection and work-up to give us an estimate. The team of Casey J, Bret B, & Allen-Michael T did a great job in our basement. They ran into an unusual situation with our footer; reassessed how our problem could be fixed, and changed the plans to a better solution. They cleared all debris, and did not track dust where they had to walk through the house. We highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority.

Josh, Ace and Adam did a great job with the installation of a sump pump system in our crawl space. Our salesman however gave us misleading information about their financing option through ********* installment loan with******* Bank. We were given a 6 month introductory period with a lower interest rate. The catch is that the introductory period starts the day the application is filled out. Our application is dated April, but AFS could not install the system until June. The first billing was in July. We have lost out on the a... read more
