I completed two projects with Complete Basement Systems (CBS) out of their Colorado Springs office. I had evidence of foundation settling, and the front-end engineering and customer support was outstanding (Brad Shanks as Certified Field Inspector). The work was prompt and as scheduled. We recently used Tar Heel Basement and found them to be very professional from star to finish. The customer service was very helpful and would call back promptly. We had a seam to come loose. I called and the next day the service tech ( Bobby ****** ) came that morning and fixed the seam. We also used another popular basement co. before Tar Heel Basement and the service was just the opposite from start to finish! Would definitely call Tar Heel on the next job. Ken **

OBA was actually the second company I called. The first was the basement doctor. The guy was literally at my house for 5 mins then gave me an outrageous quote and left. Never again!!! Zeke showed up on time. Diagnosed my problem. I watched him crawl in that tiny crawl space and gave me multiple options to solve our problem. So we are moving forward with Ohio Basement Authority. My experience started with Tom ***** Bakers sales representative. A very articulate and knowledgeable salesman with a sense of humor. He answered all questions and was very professional. Then on schedule Scott and John came to my home and raised my two pads. One has a porch over it and the other a deck. They didn't mind me watching and actually kept me up to speed with the process.
