After talking to both Jenny and Mackenzie at Oh BA due to a sump pump alarm sounding, Jeff came to correct the situation and had my sump pump working once again. Jeff was extremely hard-working, as well as personable and educated me on various things. I highly recommend OH BA.....and thank Jeff, Jenny and Mackenzie very much!!

Matt T***** came to our home to inspect & advise on some basement flooding issues. We have had basement issues in our previous home with sump pump/flooding and did not use basement authority but this experience was leaps and bounds beyond that company, thanks to Matt's expertise. OBA did a great job installing a new sump and pump, insulating and encapsulating my crawl space. Jacob T. described the work that was required to address my crawl space issues and answered all my questions. On the day of installation, Joe and his crew, Atilio and Jose, arrived on time, was very friendly and considerate, cleaning up after the install. The installation only took a day and looks great. I would highly recommend OBA for any basement and foundation issues.

We had our chimney stabilized today by OhioBasement Authority. The service was performed as promised. Due to the inclement weather I questioned if the job could be completed today. To my surprise the project was completed earlier than projected and I could not be happier with the professionalism shown and the quality of the work. The crew of Tommy, Kyle, Zach and Ben did a perfect job under the scrutiny of my wife and I. I would recommend this crew to any one else needing their chimney secured. J & P from Plain city.
