Steven Daniel Josiah Chris all came out to help us waterproof our house. They did an excellent job. They were quick, friendly, and did a great job cleaning up. Thanks for the help guys!

Julio, Wilmer, and Alex did a fantastic job waterproofing our 2 crawl spaces!! They had to carry 4 1/2 tons of gravel down our steps and into the crawl spaces; 2 buckets at a time. They also installed a sump pump, drainage tiles, protective covering, and heavy duty plastic. They were very hardworking and didn't even stop for lunch. They all knew their job well. Ron F*** came to my property for the inspection and estimate. It was a great experience. He was friendly, polite and professional. He explained his measurements and findings as he was working. Excellent experience with Ohio Basement Authority! While getting estimates for having basement finished, both contractors noticed horizontal cracking in my cinder block basement walls. AFS Foundation Specialists did foundation repairs to my building and was not able to correct the problems that we had. Due to conditions of the project, AFS offered to refund complete contract price and did so. AFS is a company that will try to satisfy the customer at any cost. I appreciate the professional manner in which they took ownership of work and gave me the customer a complete resolution. Thanks AFS.

I never contracted with this company but did get a bid 3 years ago. I responded to their first request for follow up and spoke to a representative to give feedback on why I chose another company, expecting the book was closed. That conversation was followed by another request for feedback, which I again responded to and requested my information be deleted from their records. Ron F*** was our Certified Field Inspector for providing us with a quote to repair our broken/cracked and uneven concrete surfaces around our pool and driveway. My experience with TarHeel Basement Systems was exceptional. The crew leader,Gary H*****, along with his crew of Jose R****** M****** and Joseph D***** Y***** were on time every day, efficient and very clean. They were consistently working and went above and beyond to make sure that our project was exactly what we wished.
We get our yearly maintenance done and this year we had Chad C*** come out to service our system. Great customer service and awesome job explaining things to me. This is the only company that I will use to do any work on my basement. The peace of mind with the extended warranty with the maintenance plan is perfect for the home owner.
