Lamont and Jermil installed a sump pump at our residence on May 12th. They completed the project on time and everything is working fine. They explained the general operation of the equipment and answered all of our questions. Job well done. Also, Jameson modified some drain tile so we could have a small patio. The Ohio Basement Authority did a great job installing a sump pump in my Mom's basement. A shout out to NICHOLAS H******* for answering all of our questions, addressing our concerns and explaining the process throughly. The job went very well! Andrew was very communicative and helpful in explaining everything that would be done and what the costs would be. José and his team were prompt, professional and worked incredibly hard in the rain to get the job done quickly.
