After spending almost $7,000 to waterproof my crawl space in Gladwin Michigan. 17 months after completion one of the seams in the crawl space leaked water into the area. Called Michigan Foundation Systems of Michigan to repair the seam they said there was no warranty because I did not have a sump pump. They never explain that to me when they accepted my $7,000 check. How can after 17 months their product failed and they do not back it up. Seniors beware.

The people at Foundation Recovery have fixed the foundation and water problems we have had on our old house. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. Alonso Spiller, the young man that performed the follow up service was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We are 100% satisfied! Highly recommended.
The OBA gentlemen (Justin H***** and Abe B****) were here and did a fantastic job! They were very friendly and wanted to please me by showing their work and thoroughness. A job well done!

We couldn't be more pleased with Indiana Foundation Service! After living in our home for many years we finally have sump pumps and a drain in our crawlspace with a new vapor barrier. The crawlspace was always wet in the spring with a musty smell that transmitted to the living space. While we would have preferred an encapsulation the cost was more than we were comfortable with. Beware seniors!!!! Fast talking salesmen, confusing warranties. After 18 months from installing waterproofing crawlspace, the seams that sealed the barrier together weakened and allowed water to enter. I called to have it fixed and was told it would cost ***** to repair seams. I was told there was no warranty because there was not a sump pump. They salesman never made that distinction.
