We would highly recommend OBA. The sales rep was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The work crew (Atilio, Brayan, and Jose) was efficient, respectful and highly competent. The company sealed our basement crawl space, replaced the sump pump/added a battery backup and added a dehumidifier to our recently remodeled basement.

We had a two leaking cracks in our basement wall repaired and a sump pump replaced. The work as 'okay' not great. My salesperson was good and seemed conscientious, but the follow on communication was a bit sloppy, as was the work and clean up. I don't know if I'd use them again. Just do your homework. They were better than most of the others we spoke with, but that's not really a great testimonial.

We had FHS here in July and we are very happy with them so far. Have not had any large amount of rain since they were here. We were impressed with the guys that did our job. James was the lead guy and very personable. He answered any questions we had and walked us around the completed job describing what they did and how it works. They were very neat and left the place clean and tidy. It was a BIG job and they completed it in the estimated time. We will recommend them highly.

Had ohio Basement authority fix my crawl space. Had some water laying and causing damage. The guys they sent out were very nice and friendly. They did a very nice job!! They found a beam that was cracked brought it to my attention and I had them fix it as well. Steven B. Danial H and Josiah C. did a great job encapsulating my crawl space!! I am very pleased with the work they did.

I can't emphasize enough how pleased I was working with him; he made sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. From the moment we made the appointment with Baker's, to our consultation with Tom, and through the entire waterproofing process with the installation crew everyone made our minds feel at ease. This was a major project for our household and we felt confident from start to finish. The transformation that was made to our basement is beyond words. Michael, Rob, and Nick did such a wonderful job and went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend this company for any basement needs!

So far customer service has been really good. After an email inquiry I was contacted within 5 minutes and got an estimate appointment set up. The sales rep, Daryl W***** was great. Very professional, knew his product and spent an hour and a half measuring and explaining and answering questions about the Carbon Fiber strips you reinforce the basement wall. Pricing was good so we signed a contract to purchase. Now working on setting a date for the install. Very pleased so far.
