Zach H., Will H. and Nick F. arrived right on schedule to reroute the drainage from a downspout on one corner of my home in order to solve the damp wall issue in that corner of the basement. They removed the sod first, did the work and replaced the sod. I was pleased with the work and it was good to meet this hard working courteous team! Thank you!

Work was done great. But the next day everything moved. I contacted my sales person. He said he would call it in. He checked back 6 days later to see if complete basement system had called me yet . And they haven't. It's now 3days later and still haven't heard bad. So my thoughts are good at taking payment for work , but not good at fixing problems. Make me wonder about there warranty services and if the paper it was printed on and played for is worth anything.

I am so pleased that I chose Ohio Basement Authority to repair and protect my crawl space. Field Inspector Jacob, who gave me the estimate, was professional, punctual, polite, and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. This morning a two man crew from the Lee's Summit, MO office came to do work for me. The crew was Danzel & Jeremiah and they did the polyurethane injection foam on our patio and driveway. It was amazing how well they did in getting those surfaces back into shape where it was originally. They also sealed cracks in the concrete where it was needed. July 9, 2020 was a great day to have Tarheel Basement Systems stop in and take care of a problem that has plagued us for years. We had Dry Pro come out in late 2018 to evaluate the water problem we were having in our basement. We explained that the water was coming in through the basement door from a drain a few feet in front of the door that would overflow and back up into the basement. We had a great experience with our Dry Pro team for our recent crawl space repairs. Atilio, Brayan, Jose, and Dan did an excellent job installing the sump pump and crawl encapsulation system. They completed the job in one day and they easily adapted to any minor issues that popped up.
