OBA has worked patiently and productively with me over the last couple years to resolve a number of major issues in my basement. I highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority for crawlspace encapsulation. Doug was our salesman and he was timely, personable and well informed. He was very up front with us and was honest. When we were put on the list, we knew it would be around 4-6 weeks, but could move up of they had a cancellation. We only had to wait about 1 week to be taken care of. Jeff T***** performed my service very professional and through. Did a fantastic job.
A young man came out and did notknow what to do. Spent an hour talking with another contractor. I asked if they would like to come back later so the experienced contractor could look at it. 3 weeks later after a reminder they still did not show. All I got was a sales pitch for their crawl space coverings and no idea how to fix my foundation. I ended up using a different contractor that started immediately. To make things easier i even had everything removed and provided additional photos after the first visit.

The whole process started with Jason who was very professional and went far and beyond patiently answering all of our questions.The crew composed of Tyler, Donald and Sergio was excellent, fast, efficient and cleaned everything after they were done. We would highly recommend Alpha Foundations.
